This was announced at the GSMA Mobile World Conference in Barcelona.
To receive MultiVu videos all you have to do is register at the MultiVu Video Portal and wait for a confirmation text message, then download the MultiVu Portal app to your phone. Once that is completed you will have access to the latest news and information in Real Time. From the press release:
