Today Thumbplay, who is currently one of the largest, if not the largest, mobile entertainment content provider in the US, announced that they have signed a digital distribution agreement with Sony BMG Music Entertainment. This deal will add over 7,000 new pieces of content to the users of Thumbplay.
Sony BMG is known for having some great artists, so if you are one of Thumbplay’s over 4 million customers then you should definitely be happy with this relationship. You will now have access to Sony BMG’s collection of ringtones, wallpapers, voice clips, music videos and mobile games.
