Vawkr is a startup that offers instant group video chat that can be pasted and used almost anywhere. The concept is very simple, just go to the site and “Grab a Room.” Doing this will instantly create a temporary online chat room that you and your friends can use. The site requires no sign-ups, forms or downloads.
Once you create your chat room you can talk with several people by using your room’s web address. Also, if you do sign-up you can then add a Vawkr permanent chatroom to your Facebook page, MySpace page or blog. I would like to give you more details but it is really that simple.
If you use video chat then this just seems like a nice simple way to get a chatroom up and going in no time at all. What do you think, is Vawkr something you would consider using?
